We have a blog dedicated to our missions efforts:

NPBC MISSIONS BLOG
The Missions Ministry of New Providence Baptist Church is at the heart of all our ministries. A charter member of the Global Priority Church Network of the Southern Baptist Convention with a mandate to “think globally and act locally” we are serious about missions. In the past seven years, New Providence has contributed over $500,000 to missions and sent over 1,200 volunteers on mission outside the state of Tennessee.
Activities from planting new churches, supporting new mission churches, evangelism, construction, VBS, Backyard Bible Clubs, Prayer walking, Block Parties, Gospel Saturation events, and even events like Fishin’ For Missions (sponsored by our Men’s Ministry), Touch-a-Truck and Christmas Fest are all part of our efforts to fulfill the Great Commission.
We have activities for everyone in the church family, and special events for everyone interested in missions. There are mission trips for all age groups, and special projects for individual families, classes or groups within our church. It is our goal to have everyone in our church family involved in missions. Look at all the activities listed and let us know if you would like to join with us. We would love to have you!
