The Student Ministry of New Providence Baptist Church
Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”
We meet on Wednesday nights from 6:30-8:00 in the main room of the Youth House. The Youth House is the multi-purpose building located at the lower end of the parking lot away from the main sanctuary building.

To provide a caring community for Middle & High School students which will encourage them to be committed to our TEAM.
Together (loving Jesus and each other)
Evangelizing (reaching their culture)
Ministering (serving their church and world)
EVANGELIZE- Share the life-saving message of Jesus Christ—crucified, buried, and raised again for the sins of mankind. Without evangelizing and bringing people to faith in Christ, the rest of the values will not have meaning. Evangelizing and sharing our faith in Christ is the cornerstone of The Source student ministry.
EQUIP- Disciple students. Prepare them and give them what is necessary to be disciple making Christians. This is the paramount value of the ministry. In order for Christians to be a force in this world, we must be disciple-making disciples
ESTEEM- Respect and honor other Christians. Cultivate fellowship in the family. In order to be successful as Christians, we must have community with fellow believers.
EXHORT- Encourage and urge students to take part in ministry. Taking part in ministry is vital to the growth of teens in student ministry. In order to be effective in this world for Jesus, they must learn to serve.
EXALT- Make much of God in all that we do. If what we do does not reflect Jesus Christ and bring glory to God, then it is not worth doing. It is all about HIS plan, HIS love, and HIS glory.
